1. Monthly index
Overall index
- PPI-A, which was 202.5 in June 2025, decreased by 6.4% to reach 189.5 in September 2025. The monthly changes were as follows: July (-8.9%), August (+1.8%) and September (+0.9%).

Sugar cane
- The index for the period July 2025 to September 2025 was 253.6 based on the forecasted price of sugar for the crop year 2025-2026. This represents a decrease of 10.4% over the price of sugar for the crop year 2024-2025.
Other crop products

- The index for "Other crop products" which was 197.2 in June 2025, decreased by 9.2% to reach 179.1 in September 2025, mainly due to a decrease of 19.4% in the prices of “fresh vegetables" such as tomato (-81.1%), carrot (-56.7%) and cabbage (-67.0%), partly mitigated by an increase of 18.4% in the prices of “fruits and nuts" such as pineapple (+12.4%) and banana (+7.7%).
Animals and animal products
- The index for the sub-group "Animals and animal products" which was 167.9 in June 2025, decreased by 0.7% to reach 166.8 in September 2025, due to a decrease of 5.3% in the prices of eggs, partly mitigated by increases in the prices of cattle (+4.0%) and deer (+6.3%).
2. Quarterly index

- The overall index for the third quarter of 2025 decreased by 9.4% and 2.6% when compared to the previous and corresponding quarter respectively.
